What are you holding onto?

Sometimes we hold onto things longer than we ought to. Sometimes we hold onto clothes we wished we still fit into. Sometimes it’s kitchen appliances, like that food processor that’s been under your counter for at least 5 years. Sometimes we hold onto people and relationships that no longer serve us. Sometimes emotions turn into long standing grudges. Sometimes it’s hobbies we feel we ought to be doing.

Sometimes we don’t know what we’re still holding onto.

What are you holding onto that you should be releasing?
